What is O-Ma® ?

· O-Ma® is an Engineering Technical Assistance focused in LLIs purchasing.
· The process covered by O-Ma® begins from Call for Tenders phase until Final Acceptance of the equipments :

> Identification of the need during engineering phase.
> Call for tenders.
> Contract Award.
> KOM, PIM & PPM
> Manufacturing & Delivery [Provisional Acceptance].
> Start-up and Final Acceptance [Final Data Book not covered].

CFA.

Given the growing complexity of most of the EPCC CONTRACTS currently awarded, IACT has designed an additional tool to help Projects’ teams to implement a more precise control of CONTRACTORS’ progress.

The main principle of this tool is to implement a control based on the actual financial mobilization performed by the CONTRACTOR, and, with the assistance of Projects’ Planning Experts, compare it to:

> Announced figures during bidding phase until CONTRACT
award (Price Breakdown – Appendix B)
> Announced execution planning on Means, Men and
Materials

Objective of CFA.

> CFA design is to identify significant inconsistencies
between actual financial mobilization and reported
progress performed by the CONTRACTOR.
> The interest to perform CFA in your project is to
strengthen the liaison between planning and the
performance of a proper financial follow-up of the
CONTRACTOR.
